LOVE at First Bite


The first bite is always the hardest! Eating healthy should be the first thing we want to do when we get up, but our thoughts often do not match the action. So, how do you get your mind to align with your actions? Morning Mantras significantly aid in changing your mindset and could help you change your ways. Say out loud the positive activity you want in your life. Imagine having M&M's (Morning Mantras) for breakfast!

It's really that easy to create change! Sit or lie down in a comfortable environment and breathe five(5) deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth. Be sure you are releasing all of the air out of your diaphragm. When you breathe in your stomach should expand and when you breathe out your stomach goes in. As you release your next 30 breaths say, "I am a healthy eater." By doing this, you will subconsciously convince yourself that you are a healthy eater and you will soon make more healthy eating choices. Your transformation should come in the form of saying your Morning Mantras thirty times at least once a day. Let's start making more healthy choices without even thinking about it! M&M's anyone?
